Masaya Swim Return & Exchange Policy 

We want you to love your Masaya Swim pieces! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase,  you may return or exchange eligible items following the guidelines below:

 

RETURN POLICY  

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and hygiene  liners intact. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

We do not offer refunds for items marked as final sale. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@masayaswim.com with your order number and  reason for return.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

• To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred size or style. This ensures you receive your new item quickly and securely. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund promptly.Exchanges are subject to item availability. 

• The same return conditions apply: the item must be in its original condition with tags and  hygiene liners intact.

Refunds 

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
